By using athensairport.taxi and/or making a booking, you fully accept these Terms & Conditions.

We provide pre-booked private transportation services to and from airports, ports, hotels, and other destinations, either directly or through licensed partner drivers.

3. Bookings

  • A booking is valid only after confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for accurate booking details (address, time, flight number, luggage).
  • Incorrect information may result in delays or extra charges.

4. Prices

All prices are fixed and include:

  • Tolls
  • Luggage
  • 60 minutes free waiting time upon arrival

Additional stops or route changes not agreed in advance are not included.

5. Payments

Payments can be made online (prepaid) or upon arrival. Failure to complete payment may lead to cancellation.

6. Cancellations & No-Show

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% charge.
  • No-show without notice: no refund.

7. Pets

Pets are accepted only in cages and upon prior arrangement.

8. Passenger Obligations

Illegal items, vehicle damage, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited. The customer is liable for any damages.

9. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law – Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek Law. Courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction.
