How early do I need to book my car?

The sooner the better. However, 12 hours before your journey would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking, it is best to call us to confirm.

Can I make a booking on the phone?

Yes, you can make a booking on the phone by calling +30 694 164 9464.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Once booked you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking. You can also call our 24 hour control room and our controllers will be happy to let you know if your booking is confirmed.

What if the flight is delayed or early?

We will check the flight status on the day and meet you accordingly.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name on a card, by the barrier.

Is your service available day and night?

Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

What happens if I cannot find my driver?

Having ensured that you have correctly followed the AthensAirport.Taxi instructions on your confirmation, contact us on the contact number also supplied on your confirmation.

Are you a licensed company?

Yes. We are officially licensed by Ministry of Tourism of Greece to carry the public.
