How far in advance of the trip should I have to complete the reservation?
To guarantee availability, please make your reservation as soo as possible. Ideally 12 hours before your trip. For less than 12 hours we will have to communicate (WhatsApp- Viper – eMail - Phone). We'll get back to you right away.

How can I be sure that the booking was completed correctly?
You'll receive a confirmation e-mail, followed immediately by the name and number of the driver. That means it was successfully completed and assigned to a driver.

How do I find my driver? What can I do if he's not expecting me?
Make sure you have properly completed your reservation before your trip. If everything is correct, he'll surely be waiting for you in the arrival hall with your name on a sign. In the extremely rare event that he's not available, you'll always have the coordinator's phone - WhatsApp - Viber to take care of everything.
